"studio à côté du NEGRESCO soit à 3 min de la plage, 5 Min de l'arrêt de bus (tiquet de bus au bureau de tabac en face) 15 min de l office de tourisme, 20-25 du centre à pied, tout est accessible à pied sauf musées chagall/matisse/site archéo cimiez au nord accessible par le bus en 30 min , riviera st jean cap ferrat Eze etc accessible par le bus,.... Studio conforme aux photos moderne propre ..wifi fonctionne; au rdc ;"

"L'emplacement. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la promenade des anglais. Logement aménagé avec goût et très fonctionnel rien à reprocher. Literie très confortable. Très belle prestation. Allez y sans hésitation, propriétaire au top."

"What an amazing location! Right by the promenade. Everything was 5-10 mins away on foot. A very spacious apartment on the ground floor of the building and a very kind host. He suggested us where to eat the best french and italian meals. Restaurants, museums, cycle stands, supermarkets etc very close to the house. Overall a brilliant experience."

"this place is top notch, so no real negatives. the only thing i missed one night was an air fryer or a microwave. but to be fair, everything you need to cook is already there."

"Perfect location, just next to the sea and close to the city center. The appartment was well-equipped with everyting you need for few days."

"In the appartment there is only milk glass (not transparent) window, which you can't open. It didn't sound so bad, but turned out to be quite problematic with lack of fresh air and extremely dry air inside as soon as the heating was on. Also you can't look out the window to check the weather, you need to go outside the building. Another thing I didn't was contact with the owner, who was sending voice messages on whatsapp instead of simply writing or (even better) just providing instructions and leving keys in some locker."

"Everything, the location was fab, close to the sea and about a 20 min walk to the train station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, lots of beach towels, umbrella, there was even a parasol and beach mats!"
